This individual will lead a team responsible for facilities, reception, hospitality, workplace experience, vendor management, and operational excellence while serving as a key partner to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site workplace operations and service delivery across several office locations.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a strategic business partner.

• Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, budgeting, and business reviews.
