Job summary

Axcelis Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Operations Finance Manager to partner with Finance and Operations, leading cost accounting and inventory management.

You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and the cost close process, ensuring SOX compliance and strong financial controls across manufacturing and supply chain. You will develop a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and enhance financial visibility while supporting US manufacturing and material operations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in accounting, finance or business required.
• 7+ years of financial analysis experience preferred.
• Experience in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing/SCF accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for overhead rate calculations.
• Manage monthly/quarterly manufacturing cost accounting close and SOX deliverables.
• Oversee inventory valuation and cycle count programs; coordinate annual physical inventory.
• Maintain ERP standard cost system and support US manufacturing operations.
