Qualifications

• BS degree in accounting, finance or business required.
• 7+ years of financial analysis experience preferred.
• Experience in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing/SCF accounting.

Senior Operations Finance ManagerWe use cookies to make the safest and most effective website possible.### Senior Operations Finance ManagerApply: Beverly, MA: Full time: Posted Today: 12210**JOB DESCRIPTION****Summary**: The Senior Operations Finance Manager will serve as a key financial business partner to the Finance Director, with primary responsibilities in cost accounting and inventory. This role will oversee day-to-day financial operations and lead the cost accounting team. Working closely with senior managers in Operations and Supply Chain, the Senior Finance Manager will provide FP&A and accounting support to drive results. The position also provides leadership and development to a team of finance professionals while driving continuous process improvements and enhancing financial visibility across the organization.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**The Senior Finance Manager will provide financial support and manage a cost accounting team. This role requires experience managing product costing policies and procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain finance. The successful candidate will ensure deadlines are met and departmental objectives are achieved. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression asyou develop within the role.Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in theAxcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regularemployees working 20+ hours a week).
