Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Operations & Execution Manager within the CBCS group to drive operational excellence across commercial and business banking processes, including onboarding, servicing, and risk management. You will partner with multiple teams to ensure scalable and well-controlled client service delivery.

Lead end-to-end execution of strategic CBCS initiatives.
Drive process redesign, automation, and workflow optimization.
Oversee readiness for business changes and system implementations.
Lead remediation programs for audits and regulatory findings.
Establish metrics and monitor SLAs, KRIs.
Develop procedures, training materials, governance docs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
Champion continuous improvement and client focus.
