CIBC is seeking a senior leader to drive onboarding and client service across Treasury Management and Commercial Banking, defining vision, strategy, and operating model.

You will lead multi-location service delivery, operational excellence, risk management, and client experience, partnering with Sales, Product, Technology, Risk, and Operations to scale for growth.

This role emphasizes transformation, data-driven decisions, and a client-centric culture to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale onboarding and service delivery.
• Proven track record in transformation initiatives across a treasury/financial services setting.
• Ability to manage across geographically distributed teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and operating model for onboarding and client service across Treasury Management and Commercial Banking.
• Lead day-to-day onboarding, servicing operations, and risk management across multiple locations.
• Act as escalation point for complex client matters and drive client-focused improvements.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Risk, Operations and Transformation to align priorities.
• Drive process improvements, governance, and scalability for future-state capabilities.
