Job summary

EverBank, N.A. is seeking an Operations & Execution Manager within the CBCS group to drive operational excellence across commercial and business banking client services.

The role leads strategic initiatives, onboarding, servicing, and risk management, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure scalable, well-controlled client delivery. The position focuses on training, change management, remediation, and governance while guiding performance through SLAs, KRIs, and procedures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations management within business or commercial banking.
• Leadership experience including coaching and managing operations teams.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CBCS leadership to guide operational effectiveness and execution priorities.
• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic CBCS initiatives affecting banking operations.
• Drive process redesign, automation opportunities, and workflow optimization.
• Oversee readiness activities for business changes and system implementations.
• Lead remediation programs for audits, regulatory findings, and control deficiencies.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and KRIs to monitor performance and risk.
• Develop operating procedures, training materials and governance docs.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with cross-functional teams.
