Job summary

KeyBank is hiring a Commercial Client Success Team Lead (CSTL) to oversee a servicing team within COS, guiding relationship officers and client managers across markets. The CSTL will drive premium client experience, timely issue resolution, and proactive client outreach while mitigating bank and client risk.

The role requires strong leadership across a regional service organization, collaboration with Sales Leaders, and a focus on service quality and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in commercial lending concepts or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in commercial banking support functions and servicing of commercial clients.
• 3+ years coaching & development with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan and deposit documentation; treasury management experience preferred.
• Understanding and adherence to BSA/AML program and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a relationship officer and client manager team.
• Provide direction and drive accountability within the regional service organization.
• Achieve OKR, scorecard and KPI targets.
• Participate in cross-functional or cross-segment teams and projects for service delivery and risk management.
• Direct resources to support initiatives and service quality within the team.
• Manage treasury servicing, deposit opening, maintenance, and loan/credit facility research for market teams.
• Ensure client-facing team meets performance expectations and engages in client relationships.
