Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in financial services, banking, operations or client services.
• 10+ years leading large, cross-functional organizations.
• Proven stakeholder management, service delivery, and engagement experience.
• Track record in strategic initiatives, transformation, and process improvement.
• Experience operating with multiple business partners and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, and influencing skills.
• Able to build trusted partnerships across all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication and organizational effectiveness skills.
• Deep understanding of client services, governance, and operational excellence.
• Must work from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
• Compliance with U.S. Bank policies and conduct policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement strategies and coordinate between Operations and business partners.
• Support 40+ business lines through middle office coordination, processing oversight, workflow management, issue resolution, and day-to-day business partnership activities.
• Drive governance, communication, service review, and feedback processes.
• Develop and execute engagement, communication, and culture initiatives.
• Oversee administrative and business support services, including service standards, procedures, resource management, and performance expectations.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, workflow optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Develop performance metrics, reporting, and service measurements.
• Lead strategic initiatives and organizational change efforts.
• Partner across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Finance, and Business Line functions.
• Ensure governance, compliance, risk management, and control requirements while maintaining service quality and operational effectiveness.
