Job summary

EverBank is seeking a Senior Commercial & Business Services Specialist to deliver exceptional client service to Commercial and Specialty Deposit teams and their clients. You will manage onboarding of complex business accounts, support relationship managers, and lead process improvements with cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities include investigating high‑risk activity, coordinating fraud controls, and mentoring staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting commercial banking clients and business account relationships.
• Solid understanding of commercial banking operations, onboarding, maintenance and servicing.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including cash management and treasury services.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with KYC, CDD, AML regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for targeted commercial and specialty deposit clients with complex needs.
• Assist in onboarding high-value and complex business accounts with relationship managers.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and automation in banking operations.
• Investigate and review transactions for unusual or high-risk activity.
• Collaborate with Fraud, Risk and Operations teams to mitigate client impact.
