Job summary

ONEOK seeks an experienced Operations Engineering leader to supervise and guide engineering activities for pipeline and facility assets within the Refined Products and Crude Oil segment. You will drive technical guidance, risk mitigation, and responsive support for emergent operational issues.

You will collaborate across Asset Integrity, Environmental, EHS&S Compliance, and other groups to improve safety, reliability, and asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising teams and cross-functional collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop engineering staff and manage workload and priorities.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day support for pipeline and facility engineering activities.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement in engineering programs.
