Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or a STEM field.
• 8+ years of experience in project/engineering roles with cross-functional lifecycle ownership.
• Experience with CAD software and automated equipment or integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex project lifecycles across organizations and geographies.
• Lead system and equipment design reviews and drive schedules with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and customers to meet milestones and budgets.
• Oversee installation, qualification, and optimization of automated systems.
• Communicate risk, status, and decisions to leadership and teams.
