Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking an OD&C Analyst Senior to drive operational effectiveness through advanced analytics, pilot performance reporting, and control execution. You will partner across business, technology, legal, and compliance to improve productivity and accountability while supporting enterprise pilots with rigorous data-driven insights.

You will build dashboards using Power BI, SAS, Databricks and Snowflake, translate data into actionable recommendations, and prepare executive-ready

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in operations strategy, analytics, QA, or transformation
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools including Power BI
• SQL and relational database experience: writing queries, data extraction, views, reporting
• Knowledge of data validation and quality controls; experience automating reporting
• Familiarity with ML/AI concepts is a plus
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Analyze pilot performance and develop metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for leaders
• Identify efficiency opportunities and support issue remediation
• Perform workflow mapping, requirements definition, and gap analysis
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
• Prepare executive materials for reviews and leadership updates
• Develop executive-ready presentations communicating insights and recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, and tech teams
• Support issue resolution through structured problem solving
• Deliver ad hoc analysis, due diligence, automation, and project support
• Pilot capacity views, process testing, and control reporting
