Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business operations, analytics, or finance in a startup/tech-forward environment.
• Experience owning forecasting, billing, or resource-planning is a strong plus.
• Fluent data/automation tools—Excel/Sheets expert; SQL and analytics tools like Looker.

Responsibilities

• Own work orchestration systems and models that route work across the org.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting for real-time leadership insights.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models for staffing and capacity needs.
• Own billing sheet accuracy, reconciliation, and QA at scale.
• Identify opportunities to automate with AI, using Excel/Sheets scripting, SQL, and AI tools.
• Lead end-to-end process improvements with cross-functional teams.
