Job summary

Delta Air Lines seeks an Analytics Leader for OCC Strategy to transform operational data into actionable insights. You will guide analytical efforts for planning, readiness reviews, and performance measures, collaborating across Flight Control, Operations Management, Crew, ACS, TechOps, and Meteorology.

You will build datasets, dashboards, and models, lead end-to-end projects, and communicate recommendations to executive leadership with a focus on reliability and future operating strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, BI, or strategy experience.
• Led analytical projects from problem definition to implementation.
• Experience with large datasets for decision support.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED; eligible to work in the United States.
• Airline, transportation, or operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary analytical partner to OCC Strategy for planning and performance reviews.
• Lead analyses for seasonal planning, weather impacts, and operational constraints.
• Translate findings into recommendations to improve future execution.
• Develop datasets, dashboards, and scorecards to measure performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible recommendations.
• Manage projects end-to-end: problem definition, data collection, analysis, presentation.
