Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a FacOps Analyst I to support operational excellence by monitoring processes, analyzing data, and identifying improvement opportunities. You will work with internal teams and vendors, manage budgets, and create reports to guide decision-making.

The role requires budgeting, data analysis, and project coordination skills, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and policy updates across FacOps functions.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years budgeting, reforecasting, and reconciling.
• 3+ years project management or related experience.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel pivot tables, formulas, and charting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and Salesforce or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze company policies and operational processes.
• Monitor and track process control points for critical operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party providers, partners, and vendors.
• Export, combine, refine and analyze datasets from business applications.
• Visualize data using charts, graphs, and reports for management.
• Analyze datasets to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Define project requirements by interviewing stakeholders and analyzing data.
• Track and report status of improvement actions.
• Recommend changes and update policies and procedures.
• Collaborate across teams to improve end-to-end efficiency.
• Craft quality professional written communications and templates.
