Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks an Operations Analyst III to apply mathematical, scientific, and engineering methods to improve organizational efficiency, resource allocation, and strategic planning for a Navy client.

The role develops analytical models, forecasts performance, and evaluates strategies to optimize operations, while preparing high‑level briefings and mentoring junior analysts. A Master’s degree or higher and the required clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations research experience.
• Experience with Navy-based operations is preferred.
• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Apply operations research techniques to improve coordination and management of organizational resources.
• Analyze issues related to strategy, planning, forecasting, scheduling, supply chain management, and performance measurement.
• Gather operational data and select techniques such as simulation, linear programming, dynamic programming, or stochastic modeling.
• Develop mathematical models to describe systems and evaluate alternative scenarios.
• Provide recommendations to support government decision‑making.
• Prepare senior‑level briefings and analytic reports.
• Mentor junior analysts.
