Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks a Management Analyst III to provide analytical support to identify organizational challenges and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement within a U.S. Navy program.

You will collect and analyze operational and financial data, define problems, build models, and prepare reports for government stakeholders. The role also involves mentoring junior analysts and leading briefings with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to a U.S. Navy customer, leading evaluations, assessments, strategic recommendations and solutions for technical and organizational challenges.
• Collect, review, and analyze organizational data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Define the nature and scope of problems and evaluate relevant metrics such as revenue, staffing, and expenditures.
• Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to understand workflows and organizational culture.
• Develop and apply mathematical models to support analysis and decision‑making.
• Prepare written reports and present findings to government stakeholders.
• Support implementation of recommended improvements when required.
• Lead briefings and coordination with leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts.
