Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC invites an experienced Operations Analyst III to apply mathematical and operational research methods to optimize resource allocation and planning for a U.S. Navy customer.

You will build analytical models, forecast performance, and evaluate strategies to improve organizational efficiency. The role requires 10+ years in operations research, a Master’s degree in a technical field, and eligibility for a Secret security clearance or higher.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations research experience.
• Experience with Navy-based operations preferred.
• A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply operations research techniques to improve coordination and management of organizational resources.
• Analyze issues related to strategy, planning, forecasting, scheduling, supply chain management, and performance measurement.
• Gather operational data and select analytical techniques such as simulation, linear programming, dynamic programming, or stochastic modeling.
• Develop mathematical models to describe systems and evaluate alternative scenarios.
• Provide recommendations based on analytical findings to support government decision-making.
• Prepare senior-level briefings and analytic reports.
• Mentor junior analysts.
