Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks an Operations Analyst II to apply mathematical, scientific, and engineering methods to improve organizational efficiency, resource allocation, and operational planning. This role supports a U.S. Navy customer by developing analytical models and forecasting performance to optimize operations.

The candidate will gather data, apply modeling techniques, and provide evidence-based recommendations to guide government decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations research experience.
• Experience supporting Navy-based operations is preferred.
• A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply operations research techniques to improve coordination and management of organizational resources.
• Analyze issues related to strategy, planning, forecasting, scheduling, supply chain management, and performance measurement.
• Gather operational data and select appropriate analytical techniques such as simulation, linear programming, dynamic programming, or stochastic modeling.
• Develop mathematical models to describe systems and evaluate alternative scenarios.
• Provide recommendations based on analytical findings to support government decision‑making.
