ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst III to apply mathematical, scientific, and engineering methods to improve organizational efficiency, resource allocation, and operational planning for a U.S. Navy customer.

The role involves developing analytical models, forecasting performance, evaluating strategies, preparing senior-level briefings, and mentoring junior analysts as part of a mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Analyst III provides operational analysis supporting a U.S. Navy customer with advanced modeling, evaluations, and mission analysis.
• Apply operations research techniques to improve coordination and management of organizational resources.
• Analyze issues related to strategy, planning, forecasting, scheduling, supply chain management, and performance measurement.
• Gather operational data and select appropriate analytical techniques such as simulation, linear programming, dynamic programming, or stochastic modeling.
• Develop mathematical models to describe systems and evaluate alternative scenarios.
• Provide recommendations based on analytical findings to support government decision-making.
• Prepare senior-level briefings and analytic reports.
• Mentor junior analysts.
