Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute routine transactions and processes using standard policies and procedures
• Handle specialized products or functional areas as assigned
• Partner internally with service partners to route calls, documents, and action items
• Ensure materials and documentation are available to complete transactions
• Confirm equipment is operational when applicable
• Respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests with documentation
• Provide feedback on workflow and received work
• Review transactions and related documents for accuracy and conformance to service levels and policies
• Verify work processes and support customer-focused, risk-managed operations within PNC’s Health Care Operations organization
