We are seeking a proficient Senior Operations Analyst to support the Program Executive Office Soldier, focusing on engineering, building, testing, and deploying innovative cloud service offerings. This role provides technical and management leadership on major tasks, establishes goals, and employs domain expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Direct activities to ensure technical requirements are met; interface with senior management.
• Support organizational operations with higher headquarters, subordinate units, and external stakeholders.
• Manage taskers and staffing documentation.
• Develop and publish operational policies, procedures, directives, and communications (e.g., EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports).
• Manage organizational resources such as conference rooms and calendars.
• Plan and support organizational events like meetings, town halls, and ceremonies.
• Archive operational documents and information.
• Represent operations leadership at meetings and conferences; manage facility requirements.
• Support special requirements as needed (e.g., FOIA, International Program, Security, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
