Role Overview

The Senior Operations Analyst supports the Director of Partner Relationship Management by reviewing, staffing, and coordinating program execution to enhance effectiveness. The role involves developing and staffing Army positions on security cooperation issues, coordinating with various military offices and DoD agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and staff sensitive FMS cases, including Congressional notifications and P&A data.
• Manage foreign disclosure and technology transfer actions related to FMS.
• Assist with staffing requests for emergent FMS requirements and equipment leases.
• Review and staff MOUs, amendments, and related documents for co-production agreements.
• Handle non-recurring cost recoupment charges and waiver requests for OT&E related to FMS.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience.
• Expert knowledge of the foreign military sales process.
• Experience managing an operational staff.
• Secret clearance required.
