Job summary

You will supervise accounting and HR functions at the Ryder Rebuild Center, oversee accounts payable, analyze charges, and perform monthly GL reconciliations while supporting daily office operations. The role requires strong communication, accounting knowledge, and 5+ years of related experience; HS diploma or GED with accounting education preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED; associate degree in accounting preferred.
• Five+ years experience in related field; clerical, administrative, accounting and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Accounts Payable process for the Ryder Rebuild Center
• Analyzes P&L for unusual charges
• Responsible for the HR Coordinator function/duties for the location
• Monthly completion of GL reconciliation for Rebuild Center/Journal entries
• Takes orders and return requests from outside customers
• Performs Core Audits and conduct quarterly inventory
• Monitors changes in production costs
• Oversees the daily office and accounting functions
