Job summary

SFM seeks an Operational Risk Manager to support the Head of Operational Risk under the CRO. The role focuses on identifying and assessing material operational risks, managing incidents and remediation, and conducting process/control reviews with oversight of responsible AI governance.

• 5+ years of risk-related experience in first- and second-line roles.
• Strong ability to identify material operational risks and drive remediation.
• Experience with incident management and risk reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess material operational risks and govern remediation.
• Lead incident and issue management end-to-end with root-cause analysis.
• Perform process/control reviews and track enhancements.
• Develop risk reporting and dashboards for CRO and leadership.
• Support responsible AI governance and documentation.
