• Proven ability to identify material risks and deliver practical risk solutions.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the business to identify and assess operational risks and maintain the risk register.
• Own incident reporting end-to-end, ensure timely capture and root cause analysis.
• Conduct process reviews and provide practical, commercial risk recommendations.
• Oversee remediation actions with ownership, dates and status tracking.
• Own operational risk reporting and trends for management decisions.
• Identify and implement responsible AI use with proper governance.
• Build trusted relationships across the Firm and drive risk awareness.
• Support administration and oversight of the background check program.
