Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive operational risk management experience in a complex organization.
• Strong experience advising and influencing senior management on internal controls and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on operational risk, controls, and remediation.
• Lead the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of operational risks across processes and functions.
• Develop and present risk dashboards and governance materials for senior management.
• Oversee logging, tracking, and root cause analysis of events and issues.
• Review internal controls for design adequacy and effectiveness, aligned to business needs.
• Collaborate with compliance, internal audit, and cross-functional partners to promote risk awareness.
• Evaluate AI risk implications and governance to enable responsible adoption.
