Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive operational risk management experience, preferably in complex organizations.
• Proven ability to advise and influence senior management on risk issues and control design.
• Experience with event/issue management, root cause analysis, remediation tracking, and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders on operational risk and control design.
• Lead identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of operational risks across processes.
• Oversee logging, tracking, and remediation of events and issues with root cause analysis.
