Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager in a hybrid US-based role. You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen risk controls, oversee risk events, and report on risk across functions.

• 8–10 years in progressive operational risk roles within complex organizations.
• Experience advising senior management on risk and controls, with remediation tracking.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and related risk implications in business contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Advise business leaders on operational risk, control design, and remediation.
• Lead identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of risks.
• Oversee events/logs, root cause analysis, and action tracking.
• Review internal controls for design effectiveness and alignment with needs.
• Develop risk dashboards and governance materials for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with compliance/audits to strengthen risk culture.
• Evaluate AI tool implications and promote responsible adoption.
