Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking an Operational Risk Analyst, Sr., to lead risk assessments and independent ORM activities across the Second Line of Defense. You will drive RCSAs, monitor controls, and challenge First Line risk practices with sound judgment.

You will collaborate with business groups and enterprise functions to apply consistent ORM methodologies, report results, and support governance with clear, actionable insights across regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years of operational risk management experience within financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute and support enhancements to core ORM programs, including RCSAs, Operational Loss Event Management, Control Monitoring and Testing, and Issue Management.
• Contribute to ORM methodologies, procedures, tools, and reporting practices.
• Collaborate with First Line groups to assess operational risk and promote consistent ORM practices across functions.
• Apply Second Line challenge to First Line risk identification, control design, and remediation plans.
• Perform other ORM duties, special projects, and program initiatives as needed.
