• Advanced degree required (MBA/MS) and 8+ years in banking risk.
• 5+ years leading risk management with cross-functional teams.
• CREP or similar certification preferred.

• Develop and execute the Operational Risk Framework to identify risks and minimize losses.
• Lead and mentor risk management teams; support risk-aware decision making with business units.
• Monitor, report, and present risk insights to executives and the board.
