Job summary

Maximus seeks a POTFF Psychological Domain Lead to provide senior-level clinical, technical, and programmatic leadership for the Psychological Domain within the POTFF program. This role supports U.S.

Special Operations Forces personnel and their families by integrating clinical psychology, operational psychology, behavioral health, resilience, and performance optimization services. The Domain Lead will partner with Government representatives, clinicians, and multidisciplinary human performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted psychology license in at least one U.S. state.
• U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for Psychological Domain services across POTFF locations.
• Lead clinical, operational, and performance psychology services and assessments.
• Develop and evaluate evidence-based behavioral health initiatives aligned with operational needs.
• Advise leadership on psychological readiness, trends, and program improvement.
• Coordinate referrals, crisis response, and continuity of care with military facilities and stakeholders.
• Promote standardized practices and ensure licensure, credentials, and continuing education.
