Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Director to serve as the Account Leader, directing overall client relationship success, program delivery, and technology-enabled transformation within the MA Connector Program. You will partner with executives and technical teams to ensure implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enrollment and premium processing operations.

The role requires occasional travel to support client meetings and program activities, with extensive focus on operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 12-15 years of professional experience in a related field required.
• Experience leading government services programs within the Health and Human Services sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs with responsibility for operational and technology delivery.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets.
• Ensure program operations comply with contract requirements and regulations.
• Guide project strategies and establish milestones and resources.
• Manage administrative operations including budget, controls, and HR.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across programs.
