Job summary

Elliott Group seeks a senior Lean & Continuous Improvement leader to drive multi-site programs, accelerate transformation, and build CI capability across operations, including shop floor and service contexts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-site transformations.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred; Lean Leadership/Lean Master preferred.
• Expert facilitation and program leadership across diverse cultures and sites.
• Strong business acumen (P&L, service costs, warranty/returns, customer experience).
• Ability to design governance, operating mechanisms, and standards that enable sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site strategic programs and enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and deploy CI standards, toolkits, and training/certification support.
• Build governance mechanisms and lead change management.
• Partner with leaders to remove systemic barriers and standardize processes.
• Expert CI practitioner; program leadership; executive communication.
• Culture building and coaching; ability to influence policy and strategy.
