  • Plan and facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops, guiding cross‑functional teams through root cause analysis, solution design, pilot testing, and sustainment planning.
  • Apply DMAIC and other Lean Six Sigma frameworks to structure and lead improvement projects from problem definition through implementation and control/sustainment, selecting the appropriate tools and methods based on project complexity.
  • Conduct data analysis, including root cause to identify trends, establish baseline performance, validate improvement impact, and support data‑driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Follow and own standard operating procedures, process maps, and control plans, and establish mechanisms to sustain and hardwire improvements over time.
  • Serve as a mentor to Analysts, assist in reviewing their process improvement work and supporting their development in Lean Six Sigma tools and methods.
  • Partner with clinical and administrative stakeholders, including department leaders, to build buy‑in, drive adoption of redesigned processes, and lead change management activities for assigned initiatives.
  • Identify, document, and proactively resolve or escalation risks, barriers, and resource needs affecting improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the standardization of Operational Excellence methodology, tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of moderately complex, multi‑stakeholder projects, including scope, schedule, milestone tracking and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards charters, action logs, risk registers, and status reports, and prepare summaries for leadership.
  • Facilitate project meetings and working sessions, including with department stakeholders, preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and driving action items to closure.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in PMO systems and tools, and monitor data quality across project documentation.
  • Maintain and help standardize documentation repositories, folders, templates, and tools under the leadership of Director's & Executive leadership
  • Provide informal guidance to Analysts on project documentation and PMO tool usage.
