Astrion is seeking a Senior Operational Energy Financial Analyst/Manager to support OE-I within OUSW(A&S). This role is predominantly remote and will manage financial oversight for over $240 million in energy innovation projects across domains.

You will fund, track, and report on energy initiatives, develop budget strategies, and provide strategic financial analysis to senior DoD leaders, shaping the future of national energy readiness.

Competenze

• Active Top Secret clearance, SCI eligible.
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting; Master’s strongly preferred.
• 11–15 years of financial management or defense analysis experience.
• 5+ years with MIPR scheduling and DoD DoW financial systems.
• Knowledge of DoD FM regulations and DoD forms.

Mansioni

• Oversee financials for 100+ energy projects, track MIPRs.
• Monitor execution, obligations, expenditures, and discrepancies.
• Allocate funding for space, nuclear, and multi-domain energy initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior DoD leaders.
• Assist in policy and strategy documents for energy innovation.
