Job summary

BizFirst LLC is assisting our client in recruiting a full-time Working Capital Fund Financial Analyst (Operations) to support the ESAG initiative for the U.S. Space Force. The role focuses on operational financial analysis, execution tracking, and reporting for enterprise-level programs.

The position requires a secret clearance, DoD financial system experience, and collaboration with Air Force and Space Force stakeholders. Remote work is offered with full-time, permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 10 years of financial management experience in a WCF environment, OR 5 years of WCF experience PLUS one of these credentials.
• MBA, CDFM, or CPA preferred.
• Secret or higher security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily financial management of Working Capital Fund accounts.
• Perform financial analysis to support execution tracking, variance analysis, and obligation/expenditure reviews.
• Prepare recurring financial reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of execution plans, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Monitor transactions and coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
