Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) seeks a Senior Financial Analyst (SRM) to support program leadership with end-to-end financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, earned value management, and long-range planning.

You will collaborate with program managers, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to interpret financial data, identify trends, assess risks, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required with 5–7 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Strong communication, analytical, statistical, and detail-oriented skills; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conducts financial analyses of budgets, expenses, and programs to inform decisions.
• Collects and analyzes financial data for assigned programs to track progress vs goals.
• Prepares monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and develops financial models for decision making.
• Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenues, depreciation, and investments to recommend actions.
• Supports audits and reporting requirements and ensures financial compliance.
