Job summary

ATG Entertainment seeks an Operating Engineer to maintain and operate HVAC, electrical power and control systems, and fire protection equipment across Times Square properties. This full-time role requires day and evening shifts, six days a week, including weekends and holidays when needed.

Candidates should have NYC Fire Department qualifications, EPA CFC certification, and be capable of meeting safety and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive field experience with HVAC equipment.
• Experience with electrical power and control systems.
• Basic plumbing repairs.
• Monitoring and operating fire protection systems.
• Fire alarm systems and evacuation skills.
• Minor carpentry tasks.
• NYC FD Certificate of Qualification for Refrigerating System Operating Engineer (Q01).
• EPA CFC Universal Certification (40 CFR).
• NYC FD Certificates of Fitness: S-12, S-13, S-95 (if not yet obtained).
