Job summary

ATG-Entertainment’s Sugar Land facility is seeking a Facilities Manager to supervise and coordinate operations with a strong emphasis on electrical systems, plumbing, and commercial HVAC operations. The role includes safety, security, and event staffing responsibilities under the Director of Operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on oversight of HVAC infrastructure and electrical systems, with experience in large facilities, strong BMS knowledge, and a track record of reliability and

Qualifications

• Must have strong electrical and commercial HVAC experience.
• Experience with solid-state controls, chillers, VAV boxes, AHUs, fan coil units, and DX systems.
• Proficiency with Building Management Systems (BMS) and common office software for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operation of facility with emphasis on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Direct and review work plans; assign activities; monitor workflow and evaluate results.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and city/state regulations; manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate events and facility arrangements; monitor contractors, engineers, and architects on capital projects.
