The role requires 5–10 years of repair and maintenance experience, EPA universal certification, and proficiency with MS Office. You’ll support preventative maintenance, document work orders in the CMMS, and contribute to tenant satisfaction in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry experience.
• Trade school education, union training, military service, or college background is desirable.
• Universal EPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in a large Class A building.
• Assist in supervising and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate work order records using the CMMS and address tenant service requests promptly.
