Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical systems in a large Class A building.
• Perform painting, pressure washing, lighting, plumbing, HVAC upkeep, water treatment, locksmith work, and general building maintenance.
• Assist in preventative maintenance programs and maintain CMMS records.
• Support emergency response and ongoing technical/safety training.
• Address tenant service requests promptly.

As an Operating Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting a dynamic team in maintaining a state-of-the-art facility. What's the Job?

• Lead the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within a large, Class A office and life science building.
• Complete tasks such as painting, pressure washing, lighting maintenance, plumbing, HVAC system upkeep, water treatment, locksmith work, and general building maintenance.
• Assist in supervising and implementing preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal building performance.
• Maintain accurate work order records using the CMMS system and address tenant service requests promptly.
• Support emergency response efforts and participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs to uphold safety standards.

What's Needed?
