Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks an experienced OpenShift Administrator to lead platform operations across OpenShift on‑prem and Azure. You’ll implement upgrades, monitor health, and apply security standards in a highly collaborative DevOps environment.

You will support CI/CD integrations, IaC templates, and GitOps practices while coordinating with application teams to ensure reliable, scalable container platforms and multi‑cloud consistency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on OpenShift admin in production environments.
• 5+ years OpenShift on Azure (ARO) or Azure deployments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Administer OpenShift Platform Operations across on‑prem and Azure.
• Manage cluster lifecycle: upgrades, patching, scaling, certificates.
• Monitor health with Prometheus/Grafana; respond to incidents.
• Handle networking, storage, and RBAC/security alignment.
• Support CI/CD pipelines; collaborate on Helm/OLM usage.
• Maintain IaC templates with Ansible/Terraform; promote GitOps.
