Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced OpenShift Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise OpenShift platforms across on‑prem and cloud environments.

You will own the end-to-end platform lifecycle from provisioning and hardening to workload onboarding and ongoing operations, collaborating with security and infra teams to deliver a stable, secure container platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years operating container platforms in production, incl. 3+ years on OpenShift.
• Deep Kubernetes/OpenShift internals knowledge (RBAC, CRDs, networking).
• Strong Linux admin skills including networking and performance tuning.
• Hands-on with IaC tools: Ansible, Terraform, Helm.
• CI/CD experience on OpenShift/Kubernetes (Tekton/Jenkins/Argo CD).
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, tracing; image security and supply chain hardening.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and operate enterprise OpenShift platforms.
• Own end-to-end platform lifecycle: provisioning, hardening, onboarding workloads.
• Collaborate with security, infra and application teams to ensure stability and security.
