Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced OpenShift Administrator to manage OpenShift clusters on‑premises and in Microsoft Azure. You will handle cluster upgrades, RBAC controls, and storage integration while coordinating with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.

Ideal candidates have extensive OpenShift production experience, strong scripting skills, and knowledge of Terraform and Ansible to maintain infrastructure as code and automate operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on OpenShift in production environments.
• 5+ years with Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) in Azure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Strong background in security, RBAC, networking, and storage.

Responsibilities

• Administer, upgrade, and day-2 operations for OpenShift clusters on‑premises and in Azure.
• Manage networking (SDN/OVN), routes, ingress, and network policies.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with Tekton, ArgoCD, Jenkins and GitOps workflows.
• Maintain IaC templates with Terraform and Ansible; ensure compliance.
• Monitor clusters with Prometheus, Grafana; respond to incidents.
