Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced OpenShift Administrator to lead platform operations in a hybrid environment, with minimum 3 days/week in the office at Tampa/Orlando/Columbus locations. You will manage OCP clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-cloud observability for enterprise clients.

Role requires 8+ years of OpenShift production experience, 5+ years with Azure OpenShift, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong scripting with Bash/Python and IaC with Ansible/Terraform is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on OpenShift administration in production environments, including on-prem deployments.
• 5+ years with Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) or OpenShift in Azure cloud.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total if no bachelor’s).

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize OpenShift clusters on‑prem and in Azure (ARO).
• Perform cluster lifecycle management: upgrades, patching, scaling, cert rotation with minimal disruption.
• Monitor health with Prometheus/Grafana and respond to incidents at platform level.
• Manage OpenShift networking (SDN/OVN-Kubernetes, routes, ingress, network policies).
• Manage OpenShift storage (OCS/ODF, persistent volumes).
• Enforce RBAC, SCC, and image policy controls per client security standards.
