Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced OpenShift Administrator to design, deploy, and operate enterprise OpenShift platforms across on-prem and cloud environments. You will own the platform lifecycle, from provisioning and hardening to workload onboarding and ongoing improvements.

The ideal candidate has deep OpenShift and Kubernetes internals knowledge, strong Linux skills, and a security-first mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Five+ years operating container platforms in production, with at least three years on OpenShift.
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift internals, including RBAC and networking.
Strong Linux administration, networking, performance tuning.
Hands-on with Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift/Kubernetes using Tekton, Jenkins, or Argo CD.
Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go.
Familiarity with monitoring/logging/tracing tools.
Container image security and supply chain hardening.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate enterprise OpenShift platforms.
Own end-to-end platform lifecycle from provisioning to ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with application, security, and infra teams to deliver a stable platform.
Develop developer enablement and workload onboarding processes.
