We are seeking an experienced OCP Engineer to manage and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters. The role involves cluster installation, upgrades, architecture management, and Kubernetes workload orchestration. The engineer will implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of containerized applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and upgrade OpenShift clusters; manage Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets, and DaemonSets
- Configure networking, storage (PV/PVC, OpenShift Data Foundation, Ceph), and security (RBAC, SCC, network policies)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, GitOps (Argo CD), Helm charts, and configuration management (Kustomize)
- Automate infrastructure and operations using Terraform and Ansible
- Monitor clusters with Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging (ELK/Fluentd)
- Manage multi-cluster operations, disaster recovery, and backup strategies
Requirements
- Strong experience in OpenShift and Kubernetes administration
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of OpenShift Operators, networking, storage, and security best practices
- Hands-on experience with GitOps, Helm, Terraform, and Ansible
