Job summary

Red Hat Services is looking for a Senior Consultant to deliver solutions that solve our client's business challenges through hands-on technical implementation and enablement of recommended practices. You will promote Red Hat's solutions using your technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

This on-site role requires travel to client locations about 30-40 weeks per year across North America. You must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business and hold an active Top Secret SCI

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Experience delivering an implementation based on an architectural design.
• Ability to lead a technical project with timelines and documentation.
• Ability to identify stakeholder needs and manage project scope.
• Experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Desire to mentor others.
• BS or higher in CS or technical field; Linux admin experience (RHEL).
• Experience with GitLab, Ansible, and modern cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker, Podman, Kubernetes and networking basics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in building scalable, managed Red Hat solutions.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new skills and technologies.
• Travel weekly, Mon–Thu, to client locations.
