Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on implementations and enablement of best practices for clients across North America. You will promote Red Hat solutions and lead technical projects while traveling to client sites most weeks.

You will bring an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, experience with architectural designs, and the ability to mentor teams. Strong Linux, container, and cloud skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience delivering an implementation based on an architectural design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a technical project, including timelines and documentation.
• Ability to identify stakeholder needs and set expectations on timelines/scope.
• Experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Linux administration (RHEL or derivative).
• Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Podman.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in building scalable, managed solutions using Red Hat technologies.
• Travel weekly to client locations (Mon-Thu, approx. 30–40 weeks/year).
• Lead technical projects with timelines and thorough technical documentation.
